One size does not fit all! Therefore during our session I will get to know you better in order to personalize & tailor a meal plan that is perfect for your individual needs & to help me create recipes to include your favorite meals. Within a few days post our initial session, I will send you not only a tailored meal plan, but as a bonus to take out all the guesswork when planning, I will give you a grocery list so you know exactly what to buy & the quantity. Whether you are an individual or family, my meal plans will scale to ensure you get the right number of servings. A done-for-you meal plan that includes: * Recipes for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, & snacks with nutritional information * Itemized grocery list to save you time & money when shopping * Prep guide to help you stay organized & on track

Cancellation Policy
